Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required when the reservation is made, and balance due upon arrival. This amount is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the reservation date. In the event a cance llation becomes necessary within 7 days of arrival, reservations are subject to no refund. No partial refund will be made for late arrival, early departures or no shows.
Additional Policies
We do not allow pets or smoking in the Chalet. A decontamination fee at a minimum of $200 will be charged to any guest that does not comply.
